Last updated 1 Sept 2026 · Ardor B.V., Keizersgracht 312, AmsterdamAbout these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Ardor B.V., Keizersgracht 312, 1016 EZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover client work: every engagement with Ardor is governed by its own signed agreement and our general terms of engagement, which we share before any project starts.
Using the site
You may browse, read and share links to this site for your own information. Please do not:
- copy, reproduce or republish the site, its design or its content without our written permission;
- use the site in a way that could damage it, disrupt it or get in the way of other people using it;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected systems;
- use automated tools to collect content from the site in bulk.
The work shown here
The campaigns, films, photographs and other work shown on this site were made for our clients. The rights in that work belong to Ardor, to our clients or to the photographers, directors and talent who made it, as agreed in each project. Trademarks and brand names belong to their owners. Showing work here does not give you any licence to use it.
Briefs and ideas you send us
When you send us a brief, we treat it as confidential and use it only to reply to you and prepare for a conversation. Sending a brief does not create an agreement between us, and it does not oblige either side to work together. If you would like a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing details, ask us and we will sign one.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Results described in our case studies relate to the specific campaign, market and period described, and are not a promise of future results. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site at any time.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites run by other people. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute about them will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
