WindowSeat.
A brand platform built on the first ten minutes of every flight.
The challenge
Kestrel was opening fourteen new routes from Amsterdam in one season. Short-haul flying is bought on price, and every airline's advertising shows the destination. Kestrel needed a reason to choose it that would last longer than a fare sale.

The idea
Nobody remembers a flight, except the first ten minutes after take-off: the city falling away, the window, the quiet. Window Seat built the brand on that moment, and on the crew who make it feel looked after.
What we made.
A brand platform and a 45-second film shot on a cabin set over four days. Outdoor at Schiphol and in each new city, timed to departures. A route-launch toolkit for local teams, and a paid media plan that put the film in front of people searching each destination.

The result
Direct bookings on the new routes were 18% above forecast in the first season, and brand preference on short-haul rose eleven points. The platform now runs across every route launch.
“One plan from the first teaser to the gate. Every market launched the same week, and every market knew why.”
